Marissa Craig is the founder of Sattva Sound and Wellness, where she weaves together the ancient wisdom of sound with modern practices of relaxation and inner alignment. As a Somatic Trauma-Informed Sound Therapy Certified practitioner, she creates nurturing spaces for deep rest, energetic balance, and gentle healing.
Through crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, Marissa guides individuals and groups into meditative states that support stress release, emotional clearing, and reconnection with inner harmony.
