WHAT TO EXPECT: A sound journey is an immersive experience using sound vibrations to promote relaxation and healing. Instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and other percussive instruments create layered tones that guide participants through meditative states. This sensory practice helps release tension, restore balance, and deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit.WHAT TO BRING: Our studio supplies yoga mats, blankets, and pillows. Please bring a water bottle and whatever else makes you feel cozy, like extra pillows or an eye mask! Don't forget a journal, if you want!
ARRIVAL: Grab a cup of tea and make a cozy cocoon for your journey! Now is the perfect time to set your intention for the session!
JOURNEY: 45-60 minutes | The journey will be a blend of soothing sounds. May include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, tuning forks, ocean drums or other percussive instruments.
INTEGRATION & RELEASE: After the journey ends, take as long as you need to return to you and integrate your experience; your new mindset, your thoughts, your being, and release what has been holding you back!
PARKING: There is plenty of parking along First Street.
