Autumn is a season of transition where we are invited to slow down, reflect and make preparations to welcome the changes that the cold dark months of winter will bring.
We can connect with gratitude and shed what no longer serves us. It is a season of endings.
Autumn is a time of listening to the winds, the falling leaves, the rushing waters, to stories of friends and family and to the stillness of dark nights, bare forests.
How much do you truly hear with your ears or with your whole body?
How much space during your busy day do you give to yourself to listen to your own needs, dreams, desires, your own inner wisdom?
A Sound Journey can be an accessible way to reach a meditative state. Soothing vibrations from Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drum and the cleansing sounds of the gong can take us to a deeply relaxed state allowing our minds to settle and our bodies to unwind, release tension and rest.
We can then gain access to our very own inner wisdom, our inner voice that has all the answers we seek and our busy lives can feel more manageable. We can feel more nourished at a deep level.
I offer you a safe and nurturing space within which you can come back home to yourself, focus on your intention, experience and receive the sounds in your own unique way, be curious and see where the sounds take you!
