About this Event
Please bring a mat to lay on if laying down, (Chairs can be provided for those who wish to be seated) your favourite blanket and pillow. Wear soft comfortable clothing that you can be nice and snug in.
This time for you will allow you bring yourself back into alignment, balance your brain and bring calm and focus into your life.
I intuitively use a range of bowls and intruments as well as my voice through guided meditation and singing. Its a wonderful time to relax and be in the moment.
Herbal tea and water will be provided at the end. As well as Trinitys famous chocolate brownie.
I am so excited to be able to bring this to you and hold space for your journey to unfold.
