Beneath the surface, something is quietly gathering - strengthening its roots before it ever reaches for the light. This is a time of tending rather than sharing, of protecting what is new and fragile, and of listening closely to your own inner source. In this session, we turn toward that inner depth: creating space to nourish what wants to grow, without forcing form or direction. A moment to rest in the soil of your own being, where growth happens slowly, gently, and in its own time.
✨ What to expect
Expect to arrive in a warm, serene environment, carefully prepared for you to surrender into this practice. My Sound Journey sessions are an invitation to let the noise of everyday life soften and to reconnect with your inner stillness. After a grounding meditation and some very gentle movement, you simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the vibrations and melodies to gently move through you. Through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and my singing voice, I guide you on a meditative journey inward. We will close with a meaningful small closing ceremony.
Each Sound Journey and its theme is unique - it meets you where you are and offers exactly what you need in that moment. You may leave feeling softer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

Hidden in the heart of The Hague, the Barthkapel is a peaceful oasis. Once part of an old monastery, it carries a serene and grounding energy - the perfect place to unwind after the week and ease into your weekend with calm and clarity. The combination of its magical acoustics, warm candlelight, and stillness makes it the perfect place to unwind and ease into relaxation and surrender.

- Wear warm, comfortable clothing (layers, cozy socks)
- Bring a mat, two blankets, a small pillow, water bottle, notebook & pen
