Sound Immersion Sundays
Immerse your mind~body~energy into complete rest & deep relaxation using soothing tones and vibrations with gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drumming & tuning forks.
What to bring: Bottle of water, yoga mat, cushion, eye mask (optional) blanket, warm socks and warm loose clothing.
Sundays 5.30pm-6.30pm arrive at 5.20pm to begin at 5.30pm
