Bathe in the waves of sounds as they surround you and vibrate throughout your body bringing healing, balance and deep relaxation, restoring mind body and spirit.The sounds will incorporate:
Tibetan singing bowls, Wind Gong, Shamanic Drum, Ocean Drum, Rain stick, Koshi chimes, Bendo chimes and Tingsha bells. Each instrument produces a unique sound frequency that has a distinct effect on the body, mind and soul.
IMPORTANT Please note that this session is not suitable if you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy, have a pacemaker fitted or suffer with seizures.
