In this session, you'll be bathed in the sounds of various instruments like Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, cálix, shakers and the healing voice. As the sound waves gently encourage your body to co-resonate, their purpose is to help restore cellular equilibrium, relax your nervous system, and facilitate your body's natural healing abilities.
Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are available for those who don't have their own. Please bring anything else you may want to be more comfortable lying savasana (corpse pose) for approximately 35 minutes. A chair, or extra cushioning or creating a reclining position with your bolster may be helpful for some. A few chairs are available for those who prefer it. A journal for reflection may also be useful.
