Exploration of Sound Practices & Sound Tools for Transformation
Intimate gathering to explore the use of sound & sound tools for transformation and self-care. This immersion workshop will offer you a Mystic Heart Sound Bath and time to explore a variety of sound meditation practices to launch your own daily sound journeys. Our session is designed to experience mantra practice, gentle integrative breath work and hands-on time with sound tools as a meditative practice.
Sound Meditation

Experience the restorative and connective power of sound with hand selected artisan gongs and soothing singing bowls with Kristi of Mystic Heart. For the Sound Bath and your maximum comfort create your own ‘nest to rest’ - please bring:
- Cozy blanket
- Bring a small pillow for your head to rest
- Additional props on site
- Optional: bring an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
- Wear something comfortable to relax in
- Open doors 20 minutes before event
- Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome
- Please bring a journal/notebook and pen
- This event is non-refundable and non-transferable
The later portion of our immersion is designed for hands-on practice with sound and use of sound tools to support your personal meditation practice.
