About this Event
This is not a training.
This is where you come to feel what this work actually does in your body.
Because most people don’t need more information…They need an experience that shifts something real.
If you’ve ever been curious about sound healing, nervous system regulation, or just want to feel more like yourself again—this is your entry point.
SOUND IMMERSION
A 2-Day Embodied Sound Experience
2 Days | 3 Hours Each (Sat + Sun 12–3pm)Limited to 15 spots
$145 Full Price | $125 Early Bird | $100 Pre-Sale
What This Experience Is
A grounded, immersive space where you’ll explore:
- how your nervous system actually responds to sound
- what it feels like to shift out of stress and into regulation
- how sound moves through the body—physically and energetically
- how to sit with yourself… without needing to fix anything
This is science + energetics, without the overwhelm. Taught in a way you can actually feel.
What This Is Not
This is not a certification. This is not hours of lecture. This is not performative “healing.”
You won’t be memorizing or trying to “get it right.”
You’ll be experiencing it in real time.
The Structure
DAY 1 — THE BODY
(Science of Sound + Nervous System)
We’ll explore what’s happening physiologically when you experience sound:
- nervous system states (stress vs regulation)
- how your brain and body respond to frequency
- why sound can shift how you feel so quickly
Then you’ll move into a 60-minute sound healing session to experience that shift in your own body.
DAY 2 — THE FIELD
(Energetics of Sound + Emotional Landscape)
We’ll build on Day 1 and explore:
- how sound interacts with your energy + emotions
- areas of holding, tension, and stagnation
- how awareness alone can begin to create change
Followed by a deeper 60-minute sound healing session and guided integration.
What You’ll Walk Away With
- a felt understanding of how sound impacts your body
- tools to recognize your own nervous system patterns
- a deeper sense of awareness, clarity, and connection
- a different relationship to stillness, sensation, and self
And for some…This becomes the moment you realize:
“There’s more here than I thought.”
Who This Is For
This space is for you if:
- you feel constantly “on” and don’t know how to slow down
- you’ve tried meditation, yoga, or other practices but still feel disconnected
- you’re curious about sound healing but want something grounded, not surface-level
- you want to understand your body… not just override it
You don’t need experience. You don’t need to “believe” in anything.
You just need to show up.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Megan J. Hoeffner
Megan is the founder of The Embodied Warrior School of Sound and an international yoga teacher, sound practitioner, retreat host, and educator with over 15 years of experience guiding women back to themselves through embodiment-based practices.
With a Master’s degree in Applied Health Physiology and extensive training across yoga, nervous system regulation, energetics, sound healing, and space holding, Megan is known for bridging science and spirituality in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and deeply human.
Her work goes beyond simply “playing bowls.” She teaches the deeper mechanisms behind sound — how vibration, resonance, rhythm, safety, and nervous system regulation influence the body, emotions, and overall human experience.
Over the last decade, Megan has led retreats and trainings internationally, training practitioners through The Embodied Warrior’s 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings and 50hr Sound Practitioner Trainings.
Her teaching style is equal parts educational, embodied, and experiential — blending physiology, energetics, practical application, and authentic connection.
This 2-day immersion is designed to help you not only learn about sound and nervous system regulation… but actually experience what this work feels like in your own body.
A Note From Me
I don’t teach this work as something you perform.
I teach it as something you experience, understand, and learn to trust in your own body.
This weekend isn’t about doing more. It’s about noticing what’s already there…and giving your system the space to shift.
