Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds with TamZen & Jon as they guide you through a sound bath designed to awaken your inner zen. This two facilitator Sound Bath is very immersive and incorporates a wide variety of sound therapy tools including an extra large Gong, 7 chakra Quartz Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Didgeridoo, Handpan, Ocean Drum, Medicine Drum, Rain Stick, Koshi Chimes, Rattles, Native American Flute and more!
This event is on the first Sunday of each month.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and comfy clothes. Eye mask is optional.
No experience required~ ALL ARE WELCOME.
