This deeply restorative workshop blends long-held, heart-opening Yin postures with the vibrational medicine of sound.The first hour will focus on a gentle Yin practice to open the body, soften tension, and prepare the nervous system for deep rest. This will be followed by a 30-minute sound healing experience, featuring a variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums, allowing participants to fully relax and integrate the practice.
We’ll close the evening with a homemade chocolate treat, offering a sweet and grounding conclusion to the experience.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in stillness, sound, and community.
