Join us for an afternoon of deeply connecting within through the art of QiGong and the healing vibrations of live sound!
About this Event

Body & Brain will be collaborating with Jason Felitto, an accomplished Sound Healing practitioner and certified breathwork coach, to support participants in connecting within to explore deep peace and nervous system realxation.

Begin with simple movement to guide you back to the natural vibration of your body, and prepare you to move through qigong stretches and postures to support proper flow of energy in your body. Then allow you mind to enter a state of deep focus and relaxation as you receive the meditative vibrations from drums, rattles, crystal bowls, and more!

The art of QiGong is designed to support you in reconnecting to the flow of energy within your body. It is a practice that combines movement, breath, and focus to help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and recharge your energy.

Sound Healing is a technique used on its own and as a tool to support holistic wellness practices. It incorporates the use of different intruments to immerse the mind and body in a tranquil and soothing environment to support unwinding and rejuvenation.

While both QiGong and Sound Healing are transformational on their own, when joined in collaboration they create an environment where deeper internal exploration and connection becomes possible!

Jason's passion is sharing the transformative power of sound and breath. He focues on Tibetan spiritual techniques, playing Himalayan bowls on the body to alleviate injuries and energetic blockages. He has honed his craft in creating both intimate and large-scale sound bath/meditation sessions, gaining popularity in various wellness communities.

In addition to Sound Healing, he is also a certified breathwork coach from Yogilab. His life goal is to helping people achieve optimal well-being using the breath to find inner peace, improve physical and mental wellness.

Jason's journey in Sound Healing spans over a decade, beginning with the transformative discovery of Tibetan singing bowls on a Vipassana retreat in Thailand. He has had the privilege of studying with masters in Chang Mai and blending my training in Classical Piano (BM Boston Conservatory) and Bass (Berklee college of Music) in the US, creating a unique and harmonious landscape suitable for Meditation, Yoga, and Study. Her passion is for supporting people to achieve improved states of wellbeing as they navigate the struggles and joys of life. Erin incorporates her education in Neuroscience and Mental Health in each class to bring a truly holistic experience to her students. The Body & Brain approach allows people to learn how to use the body as a tool for exploring the connection between the invisible world of energy (the mind) with the tangible world of physicality. Through simple movements and breathing techniques you can experience your busy mind slow down for deep focus and relaxation.

Erin has trained in Sedona, New York, and South Korea with Senior Masters to develop her mastery of mind and body practices. She currently manages a Body & Brain Center in Brookline, MA where she shares her experience and training with members through teaching classes, 1:1 Sessions, and workshops.
