Sound Healing workshop for kids 6-12 years old

Join me Aug 28th for a kids Sound Healing workshop. We will each create our own rain stick with recycled materials and learn how to play it on others and ourselves for relaxation.

At the end of the workshop I will provide a 10 minute sound bath so the children can experience the power of sound healing to learn to calm themselves and help aid with stress and anxiety.

Materials will be provided but must register by August 26th. Limited space.
