Theresa Ireland is a certified Sound Healer from Venice Beach, CA (originally from Indiana, PA). Join us on Monday February 17th at 6pm at Zedd's Gifts in Indiana, PA to drop into a deeper sense of calm while discovering the healing benefits of a Sound Bath that will leave you with feelings of euphoria.
Theresa Is an artist of many facets. As a Sound Healer certified through Sound Bird Healing, she uses her extensive music background and passion for metaphysics to take you on a sound journey using Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Drums, and Chimes. In this passive meditation, you will either lay down or sit to your comfortability while Theresa guides you to become more grounded, centered, and relaxed. Sound Healing helps regulate the nervous system and aides in relieving depression, anxiety, insomnia, and so much more.
PLEASE BE ON TIME as there will be no late entry allowed after doors are locked at 6pm. Doors open 5:45pm.
You will provide your own needs to be comfortable such as: yoga mat or sleeping bag to lay on, blanket & pillow, or if you prefer to sit up, a camping chair would be a good choice. Whatever YOU need to be comfortable laying on the ground for about an hour. Always a good idea to have a bottle of water with you too.
