Join Scott and Susan for a Reiki Sound Healing experience that will take you on a journey to deep meditative and restorative relaxation. This session is a fusion of Sacred Sound and Reiki with hot stones. Experience the restorative power of Sound Healing, where Scott plays gongs, singing bowls, bells, and chimes and other sacred instruments createing a harmonious blend of healing vibrations. These soothing sounds align the mind, body, and spirit, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. As the calming tones surround you, they foster deep inner peace. Susan will also provide Reiki Healing to everyone in our candle-lit studio.
This session is perfect for those seeking tranquility, emotional clarity, or a deeper connection with themselves, serving as a sanctuary for renewal and transformation.

You have the discretion to choose to have hands on reiki or hands off approach, reiki energy can be transmitted through time and space without touch, still supporting you on a journey to deep restorative bliss.
This class is floor-based and involves no movement. We provide bolsters and blocks for added comfort. Chairs are available for those who need assistance getting up and down from the floor—please inform us of your needs upon arrival. Just bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a blanket, and a pillow for additional comfort. If you don't have a yoga mat, we have spare mats available.
