Sound healing with Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls is an ancient form of healing and meditation.The sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls cultivate a deep meditative state while stimulating stress relief on all levels, helping to improve circulation, release tensions or blockages, to open the energy flow, and eliminate the toxins from the body.
Reiki is a beautiful healing modality that allows chakras to align and emotional/physical blockages held within the body to clear. The Reiki practitioner as a conduit for vital life force energy, this energy encourages the release of any pent up or stagnant energies. Clearing out the old and welcoming the new more aligned energies to flow with grace.
