Join Essential Yoga Studio as we welcome Kalyaan and Jen back to the Studio for an evening of Sound Healing on Saturday, July 6 from 630-8p. Together, Kalyaan and Jen use a variety of instruments immerse participants in the healing frequencies of sound. Treat yourself to an evening of total relaxation. Gongs and sound healing instruments slows your breath rate and even your brainwaves, putting in an almost trans-like state. This relaxed state reduces stress improves health which can lead to a sense of happiness, purpose and overall wellness.Dress comfortably; bring anything that helps you feel cozy and comfortable. Many mats, blankets, and bolsters are available in-studio. Hot tea and water always provided at no cost.
