Sound healing utilises ancient instruments to help unlock stored emotions, alleviate stress, and alleviate anxiety. As you lie down, focus on your breathing, relax, and experience various sounds, frequencies, and vibrations of different qualities. Witness a variety of musical and sacred instruments, including gongs, Medicine Drums, Didgeridoo, Native American Flutes, Shruti Box, Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drums, and Chimes.
The practice encourages and effectively achieves a state of relaxation, moving through blockages in the body to cleanse the system, release emotions, and settle the heart. You may innately respond to vibrations as the healing qualities of sacred sounds resonate with you on a deep level.
