Join Girl Gong Wild for an immersive sound healing experience led by Amanda Holm. Using therapeutic brass bowls, gongs, and vibration-based sound practices, this session is designed to guide your body out of stress and into deep parasympathetic rest—the state where true healing and recovery happen.
