About this Event
An evening of sound healing to relax your nervous system and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
Instruments include symphonic gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, rain stick, and Pyrenees koshi chimes to facilitate a state of restoration.

Logistics: Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring water to drink and anything else you may need to make yourself comfortable (blankets, eye masks, pillows).

Timing: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the sound bath so that you can make your space comfortable and settle in. We will begin promptly at the start time. Late-comers after 10 minutes of the start time will not be allowed in so as to keep the container of the sound.

Anwen completed her first sound healing training with Ana Netanel in Los Angeles. She continued to deepen her sound healing training with Simona Asinovski and Guy Douglas of Sound Meditation Presents. She then completed Level 1 Gong Training with Gong Master Lou Maurer. She has been regularly practicing yoga for 16 years. She completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Padma Nair in Kerala, India in 2018 and is currently in a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Janet Stone. In 2021 she trained and became certified in Past Life Regression Hypnosis Healing. She is also trained in Level 1 Reiki in the Usui tradition. From 2017-2022 Anwen co-facilitated transformational retreats with YES World - specifically the Asian Diaspora Jam and the Environmental Changemakers Jam.
