Sound Healing, Tibetan Bowl Level 1 Diploma Accredited Course

Guided learning

1) Learn the History and fundamentals of Sound frequency, vibration, and healing using Tibetan singing bowls

2) Health Benefits, Contra Health Indications, limitations, and skill set. Significance of uses, and the 5 dimensions of consciousness, physical, emotional, mental soul, and spirit.

3) Chakra system with sound healing, working within the subtle energy field.

4) Techniques for singing/striking bowls, mallets, and their uses, using hands to activate a bowl, using water with bowls, creating sound, undertones, and overtones, and using sound safely.

5) Using your bowl for self-healing, mantras, and meditations for specific intentions (reduction of stress/journey/manifestation, etc..)

6) Practise: Setting intention, meditation/mantra, using a 14-day practice journal

💛💛Day two Sunday 19th May 10 am - 4 pm 💛💛

Guided practice

1) Conducting a healing session for individuals, preparation of space & instruments, considerations when using sage/incense and diffusers, using crystals as part of healing practice, initial consultation and client intake form, working ethically, and storage of client notes in line with ICO/ government regulations.

2) Working with 2 or more bowls for individual healing, setting intentions, working with clients seated, on a mat or treatment table, and placements of bowls on and off the body. Guided practice.

3) Treating specific issues using specific frequencies/musical notes, reduction of anxiety/anger, balancing chakras, emotional blockages, limitations, and skill set. Simple methods of measuring improvements and setting an agreed treatment plan, session reflection/notes.

4) Setting up a space for a Group Sound Healing Session, setting up a full set of bowls in 5ths, starting a session using a simple meditation, harmonic sounds, using rhythm to relax the nervous system, ending a sound healing session, guided practical; practice setting up and facilitating a group sound healing session for the group.

5) Interrogative Healing; Tibetan Bowls and other healing practices, yoga, massage, and reiki

6) Storage and care of instruments.

7) Overview/guidelines for mandatory case study – 2 x small case studies using 2 different methods of one-to-one healing, following a standard case study format; abstract, treatment plan, results, limitations/reflection

8) Access to the private Facebook support group.
