We are delighted to invite you to again join us as at our new group in The Crib, Larbert. We are loving our sessions in this beautiful space and our instruments sound SO good 😊
You will be welcomed with an introductory chat, postural energetics, reiki (if the group is small) and a guided meditation before sinking deep and allowing yourself to become immersed in healing sounds.
Lying down and allowing yourself to completely switch off and relax, you will be bathed in soothing sounds and vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drum, gong and percussion.
When relaxing through soothing sound and vibration, your body is affected on a cellular level, opening energy flow to move you back toward healthy alignment.
