Yoga Gentle Stretching w/ Eternal Flow of Sound
Join Nell-e and Shella at the Kindful Being Studio every Sundays at 6:00PM PST for a transformative evening of Gentle Stretching & Sound Healing. This rejuvenating Sunday Yoga and Sound Bath is designed to expand your heart and nurture a deep sense of connection within yourself and with others.
Through heart-centered Yin Yoga postures, guided by Shella, you’ll gently open the physical and energetic spaces of your heart, allowing love, compassion, and gratitude to flow freely. As you settle into stillness, Nell-e will weave the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments, creating a symphony that resonates with the frequencies of love and harmony.
This session will help you:
- Release tension and emotional blocks
- Cultivate self-love and compassion.
- Align with the energy of universal love.
