About this Event
Join us at Abundant Space on Friday, May 31st from 6-6:45pm for a peaceful sound bath as we wrap up the month and head into June. Take a deep breath and nourish your soul with a calming sound bath that will allow you to shake off the stress of the week and prepare for the weekend feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, and various other healing instruments will provide the sound and vibrations needed for a deep reset and relaxation. You will be gently guided through a soundscape designed to release old energy and seal in restorative care.
All are welcome, whether this is your 1st or your 100th sound bath. Lay back, relax, and allow the instruments to do the work for you. All mats, blankets, and bolsters provided- please bring any other items (eye masks, water) that will bring you comfort!
