Join us on the first Wednesday of the month for a journey into the world of sound healing, a powerful practice that uses the soothing sound vibrations to restore balance to your body and mind. For thousands of years, people have used sound to help with physical ailments and find emotional harmony.Heidi Gilbert, a certified sound healing practitioner with Ki Frequency, will be your guide. She'll begin by explaining what sound healing is and how it works, followed by a deeply relaxing group sound healing session. To ensure your comfort, chairs will be provided, but we encourage you to bring anything that will help you relax and get the most out of the experience, such as a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow. Don't forget to bring water to stay hydrated!

All classes require a minimum of 3 attendees registered 24 hours in advance of the event. If a class does not meet the minimum we will cancel the class, notify you and issue a refund. Please ensure you are able to attend the class before you sign up as classes are not refundable and not transferrable. Should Sunshine & Sage cancel a class you will receive a full refund. If a class is affected by weather, we will reschedule it and your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date.
