Welcome to the Sound Healing Relaxation SessionWelcome to a Sound Healing Session where you are invited to experience a variety of physioacoustic modalities. Each session offers a unique combination of low-frequency vibration, instrument-based resonance, and a short musical integration toward the end. You may feel the sound not only around you but gently through you as the instruments and vibrations support your body in releasing tension and settling into deep rest.
You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are - no skills, preparation, or prior experience needed. Simply lie down, relax, and let the sound hold you. You may drift into a meditative state, fall asleep, or simply be with yourself. Every response is welcome.
Meet the Facilitator:
Mateusz Krawiec
Originally from South-West Poland and now residing in Sweden, Mateusz worked professionally as yoga and breathwork teacher for 10 plus years. Since 2009, Sound Therapy has been an integral part of his life, focusing on the physio-acoustic, artistic, and ceremonial aspects of sound. Founder of Sound Therapy Training, Sound Healing Festival, Sound Festival. Student of Somatic Experiencing.
