Sound healing is an increasingly popular way to relax and restore the body, mind, and soul. As your mind drifts on the sound waves, your body receives healing and returns to a state of balance.Join Katie Cavenagh for weekly sound healing meditations every Tuesday night from 7-8:15pm at The Red Barn in Durham. Each week a different topic is covered for the purpose of variety, but remains focused towards healing and relaxation. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and water. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up your space.
