Healing through Donation Based Community Sound Meditation. Class begins with sage or palo santo smudge and breathwork. You are invited to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Sounds consist of bowls, various chimes, drums and other healing instruments. This is a great opportunity to simply rest, relax, and give yourself the gift of restoration and healing, a reset by way of sound vibration.Donation $10-$20

Doors Open at 11:45am. Space is first come first serve. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are lovingly provided, bring an eye mask if you would like to. *Practicing fairness to all, if you find you will be more than 10min late, kindly attend next time. *Please note Doors may or may not be Closed at 12:05pm*. In the loving spirit of self-care, kindly take into account the weather, and please dress comfortably.
