Come early for our Sunday morning service and join us for a meditative and centering experience in the Sanctuary Courtyard from 10:30 to 10:50 am. Saumil Manek will use singing bowls and wind chimes to create an experience of mindfulness and connectivity.This meditative wellness event is being offered by Unity Houston and Saumil Manek for free to support our spiritual community.
The courtyard has some concrete benches for sitting. We encourage you to bring your own cushion, mat or folding chair so that you can sit comfortably in the courtyard.
Saumil Manek is the Co-founder of YOUniverSOULfest. He leads a Sound Healing Meditation in the Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern along with several Yoga and Singing Bowls classes at Discovery Green.
