About this Event

Enjoy a 50 minute session of breath work, progressive relaxation and a grounding, calming sound healing session. Sound bowls, drums and other instruments will be played during this session to take you to a new level of relaxation. We have 6 silk hammocks that you can utilize as well as yoga mats and props for those that desire to stay relaxed closer to the ground.
We have 6 spots with the silk hammocks and 6 spots with yoga mats and props, please pick the "silk hammock" or "yoga mat with props" during checkout.
You're welcome to bring your an eye mask or any other items you feel you may need for your ultimate comfort level preference. Wear comfortable clothing for the ultimate relaxing experience.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to use the restroom, find your spot and get comfortable as possible.
