About this Event
Join us for our first Sound Healing Meditation. With the sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, percussion instruments and a gong, participants will be taken on a creative, inward journey.
Benefits of a single Sound Meditation session include the following:
- Enhanced creativity
- Increased immune function
- Stress reduction
- Relaxation
- Relief from physical pain
- Relief from depression and anxiety
- Enhanced energy levels
- Increased focus
- Improved sleep
- Emotional release
- Enhanced intuition
- Sense of wellness, joy, ease and general well-being
Participants should dress in layers and will need to bring something to lie on (an exercise mat works well) and a blanket and pillow (both are optional). Bring whatever else will make you the most comfortable as you lie back and relax into the experience.
Please note: This class requires a minimum of 10 registrants to run. If the minimum is not met 2 days before class begins, it will be canceled and tickets will be refunded.
