What to Expect:
Join Loryn Sheahan on Tuesday, September 23rd at Kinley Kay Spa & Co from 7-8pm for a soul-nourishing Sound Bath; taking you on a soulful journey to clear what no longer serves, reconnect with your inner truth and align with it, and open yourself to receive all that’s meant for you.
Using the healing frequencies of crystal alchemy singing bowls, chimes, and our breath, you’ll be invited to rest, reset, and remember the wisdom already within you.
We will leave time at the end of each session for reflection and journaling.
