About this Event
Come along on this journey with Austin Shook!
The intention for this sound journey is healing and to bring our vibration into alignment with the vibration of the universe. When we are in vibrational harmony and our inner world matches the outer world we are at peace, even if it's only for a few moments.
This sound healing experience will begin with 15 minutes of gentle opening and mindful movements to balance the body and open the mind. Then the talented Austin Shook of Alignment will take us on a sound journey for 90minutes. After the sound healing journey, we invite you to stick around in the Lenny Boy tap room and connect with the beautiful community while you enjoy some kombucha and a bite to eat.
What to bring?

- Yoga mat (we will have a limited number available for rent as well)
- Blanket (encouraged)
- Pillow(s) or Bolster (encouraged)
- Eye covering (optional)
- Anything that will help you feel more comfortable resting on the earth during the sound journey
