Becoming Sound is a 90 minute somatic experience where sound is used to create vibrations that resonate with the cells and organs of the body, inviting deep states of relaxation, balancing energy, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellness. Using a combination of breathwork, meditation and sound instruments, the aim of the session is to allow the vibrations and frequencies experienced to shift energy blockages, reset the nervous system, and promote physical, emotional, & spiritual healing. Some people experience vivid visions or deep meditative states during a sound healing journey, while others may leave with a sense of rest, rejuvenation, and clarity. PLEASE NOTE: There are some states of health and diagnosed conditions that interact differently with some of the sound instruments.
