Come relax under the open sky with an hour of sound healing and guided meditation. This all-levels experience is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, release stress, and reconnect—whether you're brand new to meditation or already on your healing path.
We’ll begin with a few grounding breaths, followed by a gentle guided meditation and a full-body sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. The calming frequencies help balance the nervous system, clear mental clutter, and restore inner peace.
✨ What to Bring:
– Yoga mat, blanket, or towel
– Water bottle
– Optional: eye mask, journal, crystals, or anything that brings comfort

– Suggested donation: $10–$25 (sliding scale, no one turned away)
– Arrive 5–10 min early to settle in
