This is a donation based event hosted by, The Lightworkers Sanctuary. Kayla will lead you in a Guided Meditation, send you Reiki energy healing, and play 432hz Crystal sound healing bowls.
We will meet on the grass to the left of the Pavilion and the Parking Lot on the left side (when facing it from the street) of Carrier Park. Look for the blue pop up sun shade! Text / call Kayla with any questions: 828-469-0896
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat to lay on (and if you would like to bring a pillow / blanket to be more comfortable).
