What to Expect?
o Each sound healing session is 60 minutes in duration. You will be guided in with a meditation as the live music draws you into a place of vibrational healing and self-discovery.
o No prior meditation or sound experience required ?
The vibrational pull of the instruments will relax your body and mind, as brain frequencies are lowered to an alpha - theta state.
o Every part of our body, organs, meridians lines and the chakras resonate at different frequencies. These frequencies sometimes get blocked, and the sounds being played can tune up and clear away all that is no longer serves us. Most find this a deeply peaceful and relaxing experience leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
o The sequence of frequencies, notes and instruments played can bring up a variety of feelings both mental and physical. The harmonies and music are played for the most positive outcome.
- Please bring your own yoga mat (or something comfortable no bigger than that size to lay on), blanket and pillow for your comfort. Bring all that you need to get nice and cozy.
- Tickets are limited so please book ahead. Booking essential.
- Arrive between 6.15-6.30pm to a candlelight room and the gentle calm of the Perth Hills, find a spot and setup your space.
Doors close at 6.30pm to start the sound healing journey.
