(...In a group Sound Immersion Experience, an integrated combination of Sacred Instruments will be used to facilitate relaxation, peace, and well-being…enhancing One's outlook and general state of consciousness by harmonizing the body, mind, emotions, and spirit back to their natural state of balance: Sound Body - Sound Mind - Sound Emotions - Sound Spirit!
Instruments that may be used are: Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls(432Hz.); Gongs & Chinese Cymbals; Tibetan Singing Bowls & Bell; Chimes & Tuning Fork; Drums, Rattles, & Rain Stick; Crystal Pyramid; and, Vocal Toning and/or Chanting.)
*Most people prefer to be lying down, during this 1.5-hr. Session; please do bring a Yoga mat or other suitable base to lay on - as well as (possibly) a blanket and/or pillow, relative to your particular needs of comfort. Additionally, a bottle of drinking water may be beneficial.
