For your comfort during the sound healing session, we recommend bringing a yoga mat or a blanket to lie on. You may also want to bring a cushion or pillow to support your head and neck. As for what to wear choose loose comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
