Join us for a guided exploration of sound healing practices designed to support whole-being wellness. You'll learn to personalize a sonic self-care routine that resonates with your unique needs and lifestyle.
Each month highlights different ways to work with sound - like vocal toning, humming, Taoist healing sounds, singing bowls, drumming and more. Explore and discover what works best for you.
We begin with a group sound practice followed by an immersive sound bath led by Kerry, featuring the luminous tones of Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls along with drum, chimes, and other vibrational instruments.

Yoga mats provided, or bring your own. Please feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow and other favorite items for comfort.
