Join us for our monthly Sound healing Chakra series Workshop by Alchemy Divination at Little Green a Plant bar Cafe in Redwood City. Melissa, the owner of Alchemy Divination, will be holding space for these workshops. She is a certified spiritual coach, healer, and master of Sound healing, Chakra balancing, and Angelic Reiki. Melissa will guide you in learning about your chakras, understanding how they affect your daily lives, and releasing blockages. In this sacred space, you will release blockages, build community, realign your energy, and heal.
Each session is a soul-nourishing exploration designed to offer you an immersive experience in the world of holistic healing. In these workshops, you'll be in the harmonious symphony of sound healing, guided meditation, reiki, and invigorating breathwork, all carefully curated to align and rejuvenate your chakras.

Solar Plexus Chakra:
This workshop will be focused on the connection and alignment of the third chakra; The Solar Plexus Chakra aka Manipura in Sanskrit. It's located underneath the rib cage and above the navel. The Solar Plexus chakra is connected to our sense of self, confidence, self esteem, free will, and personal power.
