‼️ For this event, there is only space for 12 participants (6 spots available)Join us for a relaxing sound healing bath with Tibetan singing bowls.
Where you can relax, let go of stress, and let the sounds take you on a journey within yourself.
We will begin the afternoon with some Pranayama Yoga Breathing Exercises, and then you will lie down on your yoga mat and relax.
The vibrations produced by the singing bowl stimulate our alpha and theta brain waves, which are associated with deep relaxation and meditation.
After this, you can share your experience, have some delicious soup and bread, and connect around a fire.
‼️ Kindly note that this is a lying-down sound bath. You have to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any other accessories to lie down as comfortably as possible on the floor.
