The journey weaves together vocal meditation, gong, metal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, offering a rich soundscape that supports deep rest and energetic realignment.
Through gentle toning and guided vocal practices, participants are encouraged to connect with their own voice as a grounding and healing tool. The gong and singing bowls then carry those vibrations further, creating waves of sound that help quiet the mind, harmonize the body, and open the heart.
As a weekend offering, this session is a nourishing pause—a chance to unwind from the week, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into the days ahead with renewed energy and clarity.
