We're super excited to sponsor this healing experience.Start the New Year off with relaxation and revitalization with this truly unique sound healing experience at the Howell Opera House. Sound healing is a powerful practice that uses soothing sound vibrations to restore balance to your body and mind. People have used sound for thousands of years to help with physical ailments and find emotional harmony. It's often used in concert (pun intended) with traditional medicine to aid the healing process.
Heidi Gilbert, a certified sound healing practitioner with Ki Frequency, will be your guide for this group session. To ensure your comfort, chairs will be provided, but we encourage you to bring something to lie down on for an optimal experience - a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow. Don't forget to bring water to stay hydrated!
