?Bodywork a powerful modality that comes with Transpersonal breathwork; and also facilitated gently in my other breathwork. Working with the body using points that will release energy and also facilitate support to breath into something.
?Sound Healing - I always incorporate into my breathwork sessions - the best healing is in resting after breathing - the bowls contribute in many ways.
