Isabel Justo - Yoga Instructor
Isabel is the owner and director of Meta1111 and SAMH. With over 25 years of experience in yoga, meditation and integrative approaches, she is dedicated to making wellness and mental health support more accessible. She uses yoga as a therapeutic modality promoting emotional regulation, nervous system balance and overall well-being, focusing on evidence-informed mind-body practices.
Samara Garfinkle - Singer; Sound Therapist
Samara Garfinkle (MMus) is a classical singer, educator, and holistic therapy practitioner. She is certified in Sound Healing and Sound Therapy from the Dorian Centre for the Healing Arts, where she trained with her mentor Dr. Shelley Snow, a pioneering researcher in vocal toning interventions. Samara’s sound baths offer a transportative and rejuvenating experience through a creative synthesis of her intuition, musical expertise, and various mindfulness-based practices.
