Join Andrew Cox, an internationally accredited Sound Therapist, Meditation Teacher and Sound Healing Teacher for the International Academy of Sound Healing, on a beautiful journey of Sound and Meditation. About your special sound journey:
- Each sound session is unique and lasts between 75 and 90 minutes.
- No prior meditation experience required - the vibrations of the instruments will often relax your mind and lower your brain frequencies to an alpha / theta state.
- Each meditation is tailored towards a theme or common healing challenge.
- The particular sequence of notes, frequencies and the order of instruments played result in a variety of possible feelings both mentally and physically.
- Sessions are carefully curated and planned by Andrew to ensure you receive the most positive and harmonious outcome possible.

About Andrew and Servane:
Andrew and Servane formed Treemendus Health in 2018 as a reaction to long, successful and stressful careers in the corporate arena.
Andrew is a double diploma Sound Healing practitioner and the West Australian teacher and trainer for the International Sound Healing Academy. He is a Meditation Teacher with the Meditation Society of Australia, a Trauma-informed Breathwork practitioner, Life Coach, Kinesiologist and Keynote Speaker.
Servane also holds a diploma in Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy, has a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Naturopathy and Nutrition, is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Practitioner with an interest in cognitive and metabolic health.
Together, they have held space and helped thousands both locally and internationally and in 2025 launched their online personal development program Treemendus Growth. Andrew and Servane also offer Corporate wellness experiences including mindfulness, goal setting and mindset workshops.
