Meet Sahej, an Indian-Canadian, A multi disciplinarian, a healer, a guide on a mission to help individuals slow down, find their inner peace and rediscover balance in today's hectic world. Over the last 15 years, under the demands of her tech corporate job, family, settling into a new country - she faced burnout, depression, late diagnosis of ADHD, loss of self & identity along with complex PTSD. Yet within these depths there was a path of self-discovery unfolding. When western medicine proved ineffective - she found her way back to her roots of mindfulness, yoga, sound healing, breathwork. Sahej's vision extends far beyond her own journey. Her mission is to guide and empower others, navigating similar hurdles in life. Drawing from her expertise in yoga, breath, sound, mindfulness, and personal growth, she invites you to join her in your own path of wellness and self discovery. Through her inspiring story and wealth of knowledge, Sahej aims to create learning, healing, and empowerment. As an immigrant from India, she deeply understands the cultural tapestry of sound asian transitions and infuses her work with this sensitivity. Sahej creates safe spaces where you get the freedom of being yourself, as you are. Her values of authenticity, courage, and embracing softness guides her work, creating a safe space for individuals to explore and heal.
