What is sound bowl healing?
Sound bowl healing and meditation opens up your chakras, (or energy and aura portals) to allow vibrational frequencies help align, balance, and unblock the parts of you that need healing by using crystal quartz bowls.
Binaural beats and frequencies enter your physical body to help you relax, while guided meditation and breath work help oxygenate your blood Stream. Falling asleep is common
The Quartz bowls and crystals help carry that energy with you for protection, balance, love, and grounding.
